1. Purpose
This AI Impact Assessment ("Assessment") evaluates the potential impacts of artificial intelligence systems deployed by ZT Nation, LLC ("ZT Nation") on customers, contractors, and the broader community. This Assessment is conducted in accordance with emerging AI governance best practices and applicable regulatory frameworks, including the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the EU AI Act principles (as reference guidance), and state-level AI transparency requirements.
