1. Our Commitment
ZT Nation LLC ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring that the ZT Nation platform (the "Platform") is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
2. Current Accessibility Features
The Platform currently includes the following accessibility features:
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (buttons, links, forms, menus) are accessible via keyboard navigation using Tab, Enter, Escape, and arrow keys
- Focus indicators: Visible focus rings are displayed on all interactive elements when navigated via keyboard
- ARIA labels: Semantic HTML and ARIA attributes are used throughout the Platform to provide screen reader compatibility
- Color contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratio requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Responsive design: The Platform is designed to work across devices and screen sizes, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers
- Text resizing: The Platform supports browser-level text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Alt text: Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text for screen readers
- Form labels: All form fields include associated labels for screen reader identification
- Error identification: Form validation errors are clearly identified with descriptive messages
3. Known Limitations
While we work to ensure comprehensive accessibility, some areas of the Platform may have limitations:
- Third-party content: Some content provided by third-party services (such as payment processing forms from Stripe or embedded maps) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We work with our third-party providers to improve accessibility where possible.
- User-generated content: Photos, reviews, and other content uploaded by contractors and customers may not include alternative text or meet accessibility standards. We encourage all users to provide descriptive text with their uploads.
- AI chatbot: Our AI-powered chatbot is primarily text-based and accessible via keyboard, but complex conversational flows may present challenges for some assistive technologies. Alternative contact methods are always available.
- PDF documents: Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. Contact us for alternative formats.
4. Assistive Technology Compatibility
The Platform is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Screen magnification software
- Speech recognition software (Dragon NaturallySpeaking)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Switch devices and alternative input methods
We test the Platform with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers in combination with common screen readers.
5. Alternative Access
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on the Platform that prevents you from accessing content or completing a task, we offer alternative methods to assist you:
